## Description

Aureol Global Connections is hiring skilled Roof Tilers to join our expert construction team. The successful candidates will be responsible for installing and repairing roof tiles on a variety of building types, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. This role demands attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work safely at heights.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Install roof tiles according to architectural plans and quality standards.
-   Inspect roofs for damage and carry out timely repairs.
-   Cut and shape tiles to fit roof specifications accurately.
-   Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete roofing projects efficiently.
-   Adhere strictly to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
-   Maintain tools and equipment to ensure readiness and safety.
-   Keep the worksite clean and organized in line with health and safety guidelines.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Roof Tiler or in a similar roofing trade.
-   Strong understanding of different roofing materials and installation methods.
-   Comfort and capability working safely at heights.
-   Physical stamina and good hand-eye coordination.
-   Familiarity with relevant health and safety standards.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
-   Good communication and teamwork abilities.
-   Flexibility to work in varied weather conditions and mobility to travel between sites.
