### What You’ll Do

-   Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
-   Provide **Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP)** to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
-   Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
-   Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
-   Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
-   Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements

## Requirements

### **Requirements:**

-   **Education:** Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
-   **Expertise:** CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
-   **Experience:** Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
-   **Languages:** Fluency in **Arabic and English**; proficiency in **Hejazi Arabic** is preferred.
-   **Preferred:** EAP experience, CISP Experience, or Group counseling
-   **Bonus:** Openness to occasional onsite work
