## Description

Asia’s leading robotics solutions provider, automating enterprise supply chains since 2017. We build syncOS — the industry-first no-code platform that lets manufacturers and warehouse operators integrate, reprogram, and scale automation systems without halting production or calling in specialists. Our autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) run 24/7 for global brands — transforming production lines in hours, not weeks.

As Botsync scales AMR production, this Senior QC Engineer role leads factory-side quality control, autonomy software installation, and validation — acting as the technical bridge between engineering, deployment, and manufacturing teams, and working closely with hardware manufacturing partners in Shenzhen to ensure deployed systems meet technical and operational standards.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Hardware and software integration**

- Perform autonomy stack installation and configuration on AMRs at factory sites
- Integrate and validate hardware components including LiDARs, safety PLCs, motor drivers, and onboard compute systems
- Configure and troubleshoot networking and communication systems (ROS-based or equivalent architectures)
- Support hardware bring-up, integration testing, simulation, and R&D activities during non-FAT periods

**Quality control and testing**

- Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and verify AMR functionality, safety, and performance before shipment
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software integration issues together with factory engineering teams
- Uphold engineering best practices, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures throughout the AMR production lifecycle
- Mentor junior QC engineers and help define quality standards and best practices across the AMR production lifecycle

**Cross-functional coordination and documentation**

- Collaborate closely with internal engineering and deployment teams to ensure alignment on system quality and technical requirements
- Serve as the engineering liaison for partner customization requests and deployment-related technical coordination
- Maintain detailed installation records, FAT reports, issue logs, and technical documentation
- Contribute to engineering change requests and continuous improvement initiatives across robotics systems and processes

## Requirements

**Essential**

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronics, or Computer Engineering
- 5–8 years of experience in AMR, mobile robotics, or industrial automation environments
- Strong understanding of robot hardware including motor controllers, encoders, LiDARs, and sensors
- Proficiency in Linux, ROS, C++, and Python for robotics software development and integration
- Hands-on experience with robot system integration, troubleshooting, and debugging
- Prior experience mentoring or informally leading junior engineers, or owning QC processes end-to-end

**Highly desirable**

- Familiarity with networking and industrial communication protocols such as CAN, Modbus, and related systems
- Prior experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning, or on-site deployment activities

## Benefits

- Competitive salary
- Comprehensive health benefits package
- Hustle of a young startup, always something to do and something to improve
- Opportunities for professional development and growth into management roles

- Collaborative and inclusive work environment
