- Plan, build, and send email campaigns to prospects and customers, including newsletters, webinar and office hours invitations, event promotion, and blog and content promotion.

- Build and maintain automated nurture workflows in HubSpot (or similar) that move prospects from first touch to sales-ready.

- Segment contact lists by audience, interest, and engagement so each message reaches the right people.

- Write subject lines and email copy, and run A/B tests to improve open, click, and conversion rates.

- Maintain list hygiene and deliverability, including managing bounces, unsubscribes, and sender reputation.

- Maintain the email calendar as part of the broader marketing calendar.

- Report on email performance, connecting results to leads, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and revenue.

### Digital Marketing

- Maintain company websites (WordPress/Elementor), including back-end work, page creation and editing, and managing services pages.

- Track project progress, organize marketing assets, and ensure deliverables ship on time.

- Build and maintain reporting dashboards, and report on lead generation metrics (open rates, click-through rates, website visits, lead conversion, and revenue impact).

- Manage HubSpot (or similar) marketing automation, including workflow and automation setup.

- Route qualified leads to sales and coordinate cross-channel communication with sales reps.

- Manage marketing tech administration, including third-party vendor relationships, tool approvals, access, and serving as super admin across marketing tools.

- Manage event/booth logistics, including researching events, registration and payments, swag inventory, packing, travel, and on-site coordination.

### Brand Support

- Create simple graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools.

- Update resumes, presentations, and marketing documents.

- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials.

### Work Style & Collaboration

- Show initiative by proactively identifying gaps and stepping in to address them

- Communicate closely with marketing teammates, staying in sync on projects and collaborating throughout the process - for example, proofing each other's work before it goes live.

- Manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, often requiring different mindsets throughout the day.

- Operate comfortably with ambiguity and under pressure, as day-to-day workload and structure can vary significantly.

## Requirements

- Email marketing experience - demonstrated ability to leverage email as a lead generation channel that drives Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and revenue, beyond engagement metrics such as opens and clicks.

Comfort with travel is required.

- Social media execution - specifically LinkedIn posting and content ideation.

- HubSpot experience - or at least familiarity with marketing automation platforms; can be trained, but experience preferred.

- Technical audience marketing - ability to market to a technical/compliance audience.

- Experience updating website content.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
