## Description

Currently, we are looking for an ambitious **Business Development Manager** to join our growing TLT Mechanics international Sales team in Vilnius, Lithuania. The team is focused on plastic injection molding services across the Europe.

**In this role, you will:**

-   Identify, approach, and win new clients in target industries, building a strong customer portfolio from the ground up.
-   Drive the full business development cycle – from prospecting and first contact to negotiations and closing deals.
-   Develop and execute market entry and client acquisition strategies for our plastic injection molding services.
-   Lead commercial discussions, prepare tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable long-term partnerships.
-   Actively prospect through calls, meetings, and industry networking, turning opportunities into new business.
-   Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry events, generating leads and expanding our market presence.
-   Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and new segments.
-   Work closely with engineering and production teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements and convert opportunities into projects.
-   Manage your sales pipeline and client interactions through CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up and deal progression.

## Requirements

**What we expect:**

-   3+ years of experience in business development with international industrial clients (experience in contract manufacturing or service-based industries is a big plus).
-   Proven track record of closing large-scale deals (500k EUR and above).
-   Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract discussions.
-   Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher, as it will be the primary working language.
-   Excellent MS Office skills.
-   Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
-   Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and organize effectively.
-   Willingness to travel extensively across Europe to drive business growth and customer engagement.

**Salary**  
  
We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from **21 Eur/h up to 25 Eur/h (3528 Eur – 4200 Eur)** pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise. Additionally, you will be eligible for **solid quarterly performance-based bonuses** tied directly to results.
