**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Oregon  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**Position Overview**

We are seeking an Oregon-licensed LPC to provide professional counseling services through telehealth. This position involves direct clinical care for clients presenting with a range of mental health, behavioral, and life-related concerns.

The successful candidate will manage an assigned caseload, exercise independent clinical judgment, and maintain the documentation and follow-up required for ongoing treatment. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule within a fully remote care model.

**Core Responsibilities**

-   Conduct individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
-   Complete client intakes and clinical assessments
-   Establish treatment goals and appropriate care plans
-   Apply evidence-informed counseling interventions within the scope of licensure
-   Evaluate client response to treatment and modify interventions when clinically appropriate
-   Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
-   Coordinate referrals or additional services when indicated
-   Protect client confidentiality and comply with Oregon licensing, ethical, and telehealth requirements

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active Oregon license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience in therapy, counseling, psychology, or clinical social work
-   Comfortable providing services in a telehealth / remote environment
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills
-   Ability to manage clinical responsibilities independently
