**Salary:** USD $100,000 to $132,000

A leading global professional services organization is seeking an experienced **Procurement Contracts Manager** to support its enterprise-wide procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing procurement-related agreements across multiple jurisdictions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong understanding of contract law, exceptional organizational capabilities, and effective communication skills to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Review, redline, draft, and negotiate procurement contracts such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal playbooks and compliance standards.
-   Manage and maintain the centralized contract repository, tracking renewals, deliverables, deadlines, and approval workflows.
-   Coordinate internal reviews, due diligence, and approvals with teams such as Information Security, Risk, Privacy, Finance, and Procurement.
-   Act as the primary point of contact for vendor negotiations and oversee end-to-end contract execution.
-   Support the full contract lifecycle by collaborating closely with legal, finance, risk, and procurement operations teams.
-   Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding contract process, obligations, and policy requirements.
-   Prepare contract summaries, reporting metrics, and risk analyses for leadership review.
-   Contribute to the enhancement of standard templates, clauses, workflows, and operational policies.
-   Ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations and documentation standards.
-   Assist in issue resolution and escalation of complex contract matters as necessary.
-   Stay informed on legal, regulatory, and industry updates impacting procurement and contracting practices.

### **Required Proficiencies**

-   Hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management tools and e-signature platforms (e.g., DocuSign, CLM systems).
-   Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
-   High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with legal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
-   Ability to work autonomously in a high-volume environment.
-   Discretion in handling confidential information.

### **Qualifications**

-   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field.
-   Paralegal certification is an advantage.
-   **5+ years** of experience in contract administration or procurement contracting.
-   Strong understanding of contract law concepts, risk management, and compliance.
-   Familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks preferred.
-   Experience supporting global procurement or legal functions strongly preferred.
-   Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
