### About the Role

We’re looking for a **Nearshore Sales Manager** to connect clients with our delivery centers in **Mexico**.

This role covers both **BPO services and technology development solutions** — from customer support and back-office services to software development, IT services, and digital transformation.

It’s a **high-reward position** with **uncapped commissions** and **quarterly company trips to Mexico** to visit our centers, meet clients, and strengthen partnerships.

### What You’ll Do

-   Sell **BPO services and technology development solutions** delivered from Mexico.
-   Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, proposals, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
-   Work closely with delivery and technology teams in Mexico to align solutions and pricing with client needs.
-   Highlight Mexico as a nearshore hub for **outsourcing and software/IT development**.
-   Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.
-   Maintain pipeline activity and provide accurate sales forecasts.

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   **2+ years of B2B sales experience** (inside or outside sales).
-   Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
-   **Experience in staffing, outsourcing, or technology sales is a huge plus.**
-   Bilingual **English/Spanish** is a plus (not required).
-   Comfortable managing a sales cycle from prospect to close.
-   Willingness to travel quarterly to Mexico centers.
