## Description

At NIVA Health, we’re looking for an Analytics Engineer who can bridge the gap between business questions and real-world data.

This is not a “maintain dashboards” role. We need someone who can work through messy operational data, ask the right questions, validate the numbers, and build reporting leadership can trust.

### What You’ll Do

-   Translate business questions into reporting solutions
-   Build and own dashboards in Looker Studio
-   Work directly with BigQuery datasets and data models
-   Validate metrics and troubleshoot inconsistencies
-   Partner with Data Engineering and business stakeholders
-   Create reporting that drives real operational decisions

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

### Must-Have Skills

-   3+ years in Analytics Engineering, BI, or Data Analytics
-   Strong SQL skills
-   Hands-on BigQuery experience
-   Looker Studio dashboard ownership
-   Ability to work with raw or messy data
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript

### Bonus Points

-   Dataform / dbt
-   GCP ecosystem experience
-   Healthcare or operational reporting exposure

### Important

This role is best suited to someone with genuine GCP + BigQuery experience. If your background is mainly Power BI/Tableau without GCP exposure, this likely won’t be the right fit.
