## Description

**Alongside** is a Portuguese company that partners with international organizations to build and scale exceptional tech teams.

We are looking for a **Junior .NET Developer** to join a leading company in the **banking sector**. This is a great opportunity for an early-career developer who wants to build their expertise in Microsoft technologies while working on enterprise-scale applications.

**Responsabilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using C# and .NET.
-   Support the development of web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Blazor.
-   Assist in the development and integration of REST and SOAP APIs.
-   Work with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
-   Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and business analysts throughout the software development lifecycle.
-   Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and development practices.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
-   Up to 1 year of experience developing with **C#** and **.NET** (including internships or academic projects).
-   Basic knowledge of **ASP.NET MVC**, **Blazor**, or **Entity Framework**.
-   Familiarity with **Microsoft SQL Server**.
-   Experience using **Visual Studio** and **GitHub**.
-   Understanding of **REST APIs** (SOAP knowledge is a plus).
-   Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset.
