Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to invite applications for the position of French Speaking Content Moderator to work in Athens, Greece, with a paid relocation package! This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in French to join a global team and contribute to maintaining a safe and positive online community. As a Content Moderator, your primary responsibility will involve reviewing and moderating user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Review and moderate user-generated content in French, ensuring adherence to community standards and policies.
-   Accurately classify and evaluate content according to established guidelines.
-   Identify, report, and manage content that violates company policies or is inappropriate.
-   Provide feedback on content trends and user behaviors to optimize moderation strategies.
-   Collaborate with the team to continuously improve moderation processes and quality.
-   Stay informed about updated company policies and industry best practices related to content moderation.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous.
-   Experience in content moderation or related fields is preferred.
-   Excellent attention to detail and the ability to apply guidelines consistently and fairly.
-   Strong communication skills to clearly articulate moderation decisions.
-   Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content professionally and discreetly.
-   Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
-   Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to a diverse cultural and work environment.
-   Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
