## Description

Fidaro is a B2C service that we’re developing to protect AI conversations by design, embedding safeguards into the system itself rather than relying on policies or user behaviour.

As AI becomes embedded in daily life, the privacy and security risks that come with it are real and largely unsolved. We’re building the infrastructure layer that changes that.

We’re now hiring a **Content Strategist** to help us turn research, customer insight, product thinking, and market trends into high-performing marketing content.

This is not a traditional admin or coordination-heavy marketing role. We are looking for someone with strong judgment, strong written English, and sharp critical thinking  – someone who can look at a rough idea, customer quote, survey response, research note, ad concept, or AI-generated draft and understand what is actually strong enough to turn into a landing page, email, script, ad, or content campaign.

### **The opportunity**

This is an early role on a small, founder-led team.

You will work close to the source of the business: customer feedback, product positioning, ad performance, creator content, landing pages, emails, SEO, and market research.

You will not be joining a large marketing department with every process already defined. You’ll help build the content engine: the research loops, briefs, scripts, emails, pages, and content systems that help us learn what resonates and turn those insights into better marketing.

This role is for a sharp mid-level marketer who is strategic, organized, curious, and comfortable using AI tools intelligently. We do not expect you to have done every channel before, but we do expect strong judgment, strong thinking, and the ability to learn quickly.

### **What you’ll do**

You’ll work closely with the founding team across content strategy, performance marketing, creator content, email, SEO, landing pages, and marketing operations.

Your work will include:

- Turning customer research, checkout surveys, competitor research, news, and internal notes into useful marketing insights
- Writing and improving scripts for creators, influencers, and UGC-style ads
- Own our SEO strategy and organic rankings by researching best practices, using AI tools, and working with freelance experts to drive results
- Developing concepts and briefs for Meta ads, creator videos, landing pages, emails, and content campaigns
- Working with video editors and creators to turn raw ideas or footage into stronger marketing assets
- Reviewing and improving drafts, scripts, ads, emails, and pages to identify what is weak, missing, unclear, or worth improving
- Building email sequences and lifecycle campaigns
- Tracking content ideas, research insights, campaign learnings, and performance feedback
- Connecting customer feedback, market trends, ad performance, and content strategy
- Supporting marketing operations, including briefs, deliverables, content workflows, and project tracking

### **Who might do well here**

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you:

- Have strong marketing judgment and can spot weak, generic, or unclear content
- Can turn messy inputs into clear angles, briefs, scripts, emails, pages, or content ideas
- Understand that good marketing requires positioning, psychology, proof, clarity, and a reason to care
- Use AI tools well, but do not blindly trust what they produce
- Can prompt, critique, refine, and improve AI-generated work
- Have excellent written English
- Can manage multiple content projects, creators, editors, drafts, and feedback loops
- Are curious about AI, privacy, software, consumer behavior, and internet products
- Can work independently without every step spelled out
- Follow up without needing to be chased
- Like creating order from ambiguity
- Hold yourself to a high standard and take responsibility for outcomes

## Requirements

- Experience in content strategy, content marketing, copywriting, performance marketing, SEO content, lifecycle/email marketing, creator marketing, or a similar role
- Strong written English
- Strong marketing judgment and ability to critique content strategically
- Comfortable using AI tools as part of your workflow
- Comfortable with docs, spreadsheets, project management tools, marketing tools, and email/content platforms
- Able to work full-time remotely
- Based in the Philippines preferred
- Able to work1AM to 10AM Philippines time, Tuesday through Saturday

### **
Nice to have**

These are helpful, but not required:

- Experience with direct-response marketing, UGC or creator content, landing pages, email sequences, Klaviyo, SEO content, customer research or survey analysis, and working with creators, editors, freelancers, or agencies.

## Benefits

### **Compensation**

- Competitive full-time compensation
- Fully remote role
- Opportunity to grow with an early-stage company in a fast-growing market
