## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer Danish-Speaking Customer Service opportunities in Sofia, Bulgaria, featuring a free relocation package to help you make a smooth transition. We are seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience to our Danish-speaking customers. Your role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and upholding our high service standards.

### Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support in Danish and English across multiple channels
-   Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
-   Accurately log customer interactions in the CRM system
-   Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
-   Collect and relay customer feedback to aid in service improvement
-   Keep up to date with product knowledge and company policies
-   Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge continuously

## Requirements

-   **Fluency in Danish, and proficiency in English, is required.**
-   **You must clearly state your native language and nationality in your application.**
-   **Willingness to relocate to Sofia with a full relocation support package.**
-   **An EU residency/passport is mandatory.**
