We're looking for an organised, detail-focused and personable **Governance & Compliance Administrator** to join our Governance and Compliance team. ### What you'll be doing

You'll:

-   Act as the first point of contact for complaints and concerns received by CIMSPA.
-   Coordinate and administer complaints, disciplinary hearings and appeals.
-   Support board, committee and panel meetings, including agendas, papers, minutes and action tracking.
-   Maintain accurate governance records, reports and documentation.
-   Help monitor governance activities and support assurance reporting.
-   Provide professional support and guidance to colleagues, members and stakeholders.

-   Experience in administration within governance, complaints, regulatory, committee or professional environments.

-   Experience coordinating meetings and preparing documentation.
-   The ability to manage confidential information with integrity.

_Salary:_ _**£27,657 to £31,311**_ _per annum (pro rata)_

Hours: _**16 hours per week,**_ _days and times to be negotiated_  
Contract: _Permanent_
