This role offers hands-on exposure to global clients and financial data products while being part of a collaborative Client Experience team. **Your key responsibilities as a French Product Support Analyst will include:**

-   Managing customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and the customer portal within defined SLAs
-   Performing first‑level investigation and resolution of product issues and service requests
-   Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and provide timely updates
-   Ensuring professional, customer‑focused communication at all times
-   Meeting performance metrics related to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
-   Maintaining product knowledge and contributing to knowledge articles

**You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a French Product Support Analyst:**

-   You must have at least 2 years of experience in a French‑speaking support or service desk role
-   You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
-   You should have a good understanding of MS Office tools and service desk systems
-   You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
-   You should have basic knowledge of the financial domain, with fund data as an added advantage
