## Description

Apt Resources is actively seeking a professional and experienced F&B Captain to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service, ensuring an unforgettable guest experience. This position requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to high service standards.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead and supervise the F&B service team to maintain impeccable standards.
-   Provide outstanding guest service, anticipating and fulfilling guest needs.
-   Ensure all dining areas are prepared, clean, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
-   Assist in training new staff members and support continuous team development.
-   Coordinate with kitchen and banquet teams to ensure timely service and accuracy.
-   Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
-   Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control processes.
-   Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

## Requirements

-   Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar F&B Captain role within a 5-star luxury hotel setting.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong leadership and team management abilities.
-   In-depth knowledge of food and beverage service standards and protocols.
-   Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
-   Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
-   Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
-   Hospitality or related certification is preferred.
-   Must be currently in UAE
