**Job Title: Dental Virtual Assistant (Accounts Receivable, Reactivation & Lead Engagement)**

**Position Type:** Full-time (40+ hours per week)

**Work Schedule:**

-   Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM EDT

-   Friday: 7:45 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

**Salary:** $6–$7 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Dental Cold Caller with experience in appointment setting and AR collections to support a busy dental practice.

The main focus of this role is outbound cold calling to inactive patients and new leads to encourage and secure appointment bookings. This position also includes Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, collections, and insurance-related support.

Candidates must have prior experience working in a dental practice and be comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls.  
  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Cold call inactive patients for patient reactivation
-   Contact new leads and encourage appointment bookings
-   Follow up with patients to confirm appointments
-   Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up and collections
-   Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and payments
-   Insurance verification and claims follow-up
-   Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
-   Maintain accurate patient notes and updates in the system
-   Provide professional and friendly patient communication

-   Work with the video / camera turned during the shift as needed

## Requirements

-   At least 1 year of experience working in a dental practice
-   Strong outbound / cold calling and patient reactivation skills, atleast 1 year of experience
-   Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation and neutral/low accent (critical for patient interaction)
-   Experience with AR collections, patient billing, or collections follow-up, preferred
-   Experience in insurance verification, is a plus
-   Professional and confident phone presence
-   Strong customer service and patient facing experience
-   Comfortable handling high-volume outbound calls (collections, reactivation, and lead engagement)
-   Proactive and responsive communication
-   Willing to participate in daily check-ins and supervision
-   Consistent attendance and reliability

### Tools & Systems Used:

-   Oryx Dental (primary system)
-   Mango (phone system)
-   MS Teams (communication platform)

### **Basic Requirements:**

-   Clear and professional written and spoken English
-   Relevant work experience
-   Ability to submit NBI Clearance and/or Local Police Clearance (mandatory before onboarding)
-   Availability to work with the video / camera turned on throughout the entire shift.

### **Technical Requirements:**

-   Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
-   Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 15 Mbps).
-   Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
-   Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
