## Description

-   Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
-   Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
-   Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and relationships with banks and financial institutions.
-   Provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and sustainable growth.
-   Lead financial reporting, controls, compliance, and risk management activities.
-   Partner with commercial, retail, and e-commerce teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
-   Build and lead a high-performing finance team.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Finance Director, or Head of Finance.
-   Strong background in Retail, E-Commerce, Consumer Electronics, Mobile, or Technology industries.
-   Experience managing complex financial operations and high-volume businesses.
-   Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, banking relationships, and business planning.
-   Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
-   Experience working in fast-growing and dynamic business environments.
