### Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Consultant / Specialist Plastic Surgeon with UK CCT** to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide high-quality surgical and aesthetic care, perform a range of reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, and contribute to excellent patient outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Assess, diagnose, and manage patients requiring plastic, reconstructive, and aesthetic surgery.
-   Perform surgical procedures in accordance with approved clinical standards and patient needs.
-   Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up.
-   Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, risks, and expected outcomes to patients.
-   Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
-   Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
-   Ensure compliance with Dubai healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and patient-safety standards.
-   Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.
-   Maintain professional standards and patient confidentiality at all times.

## Requirements

### Requirements

-   **UK CCT in Plastic Surgery** or an equivalent recognized qualification.
-   Eligible for **DHA Specialist or Consultant licensing**, subject to applicable PQR requirements.
-   Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
-   Strong surgical, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Valid professional registration/license in the relevant jurisdiction.
-   Experience in cosmetic and/or reconstructive procedures will be an advantage.
