## Description

**Purpose:** Quality Excellence Engineer to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the deployment of quality strategies across operations. This role focuses on data-driven problem solving, process enhancement, and building a culture of quality excellence.

**Key Area of Responsibilities:**

-   Execute quality improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma, SPC, and RCA tools
-   Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs and identify improvement opportunities
-   Conduct process assessments and support implementation of enhancements
-   Track and report quality performance and improvement actions
-   Support development and delivery of quality training programs
-   Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry requirements
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiative

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
-   Min. 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or process improvement
-   Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma / SPC / 8D / RCA tools
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-   Proficient in Excel (Minitab is a plus)
-   Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

-   Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
-   Experience in manufacturing or precision engineering environment
