## Description

**Work Setup:** Onsite (McKinley, Taguig)

**Shift:** Night Shift Schedule

**Start Date:** ASAP

**Qualifications:**

-   Minimum 2 years in college w/o back subjects
-   Level of Proficiency: B1 (Intermediate)
-   Voice account
-   With minimum 1 year BPO Experience
-   Open for native and non-native speakers
-   Good English and Japanese communication skills
-   Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
-   Willing to work on night shift schedule

**Responsibilities:**

-   Providing high-quality support to Spanish- and English-speaking customers.
-   Communicating with clients via phone, email, and chat.
-   Translating documents, videos, or materials for accuracy and context.
-   Managing projects or assisting with sales and marketing campaigns in Spanish.
-   Documenting customer interactions, complaints, or transactions in a CRM system.
