## Description

Blackridge Restoration turns chaos into a clear game plan for homeowners and businesses across the Greater Atlanta area. When disaster strikes, our clients count on us to show up fast, communicate clearly, and restore their property — often better than it was before. We're hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead restoration jobs from first inspection through final walkthrough.

### What You'll Do

-   Manage water, fire, storm, mold, and reconstruction projects from inspection through completion.
-   Scope losses, document damage, and build accurate estimates (Xactimate).
-   Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and schedules to keep jobs on time and on budget.
-   Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and insurance carriers — explaining next steps and honest timelines.
-   Handle insurance documentation and claim coordination on the client's behalf.
-   Ensure work meets IICRC standards, safety requirements, and Blackridge's quality expectations.
-   Monitor job costs, margins, and progress; resolve issues in the field before they escalate.

### What You Bring

-   **Prior restoration industry experience is required** — hands-on knowledge of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction workflows.
-   Proven project management experience running multiple restoration jobs simultaneously.
-   Proficiency in Xactimate and strong estimating/documentation skills.
-   Working knowledge of the insurance claims process and adjuster relationships.
-   IICRC certification(s) strongly preferred (WRT, ASD, etc.).
-   Excellent communication and organizational skills; calm under pressure.
-   Willingness to participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 emergency response.
-   Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
