## Description

We are seeking a high-impact **Epic Aura Integration Analyst** to bridge the gap between technical architecture and provider-facing delivery. You will be the primary technical point of contact for clients, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of lab integrations.

You will handle everything from initial onboarding and technical discovery to complex build-outs and high-stakes production support. The ideal candidate possesses the technical depth to navigate FHIR APIs and HL7 fallbacks, paired with the professional presence to guide clinical stakeholders through real-time troubleshooting and workflow optimization.

**Long Term Contract**

**100% Remote**

**Pay: $85/hour on W2**

### **Responsibilities**

- Lead client-facing technical calls to guide providers through the onboarding process. Translate complex integration requirements into actionable project plans.
- Design and build ordering and results workflows within Epic Aura/Ambulatory environments, ensuring seamless data exchange.
- Deploy and manage integrations using FHIR APIs as the primary standard, with a deep understanding of HL7 for legacy fallback scenarios.
- Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for critical production issues. Troubleshoot and resolve high-priority tickets within strict SLA timelines.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions, validating that builds meet clinical requirements and technical specifications.
- Maintain rigorous documentation discipline within **Jira**, ensuring all configurations, bugs, and project milestones are tracked with precision.

## Requirements

- 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Epic Aura or Epic Ambulatory integrations.
- Hands-on experience with FHIR API integration and HL7 messaging.
- Proven ability to build and troubleshoot Ordering and Results workflows.
- Proven track record of managing P1/P2 incidents under pressure and meeting rigorous SLAs.
- Advanced proficiency in Jira for task management and technical documentation.
- Exceptional communication skills and client-facing confidence. You must be comfortable leading calls, presenting to clinical leadership, and providing real-time technical guidance.
