## Description

### KS1 Teacher

Newstaff Employment Services is looking to recruit a dedicated and enthusiastic **KS1 Teacher** to join our team, providing high-quality education to children in Key Stage 1. The successful candidate will have a passion for early years education and the ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

As a KS1 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons that meet the curriculum requirements, promoting the development of literacy, numeracy, and social skills among young learners.

  

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 curriculum.
-   Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere that supports children's learning and development.
-   Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback and support to encourage growth.
-   Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all students.
-   Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the students' overall development.

## Requirements

### Candidate Requirements:

-   Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
-   Proven experience teaching KS1 children is highly desirable.
-   Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and early years education.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills suitable for young learners and their families.
-   Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
-   Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
