### **Job Summary**

We are seeking a high-level, "athlete-mentality" SDR to join an elite growth agency with over 7 years of experience and $500M+ in managed revenue for e-commerce partners. This isn’t a role for someone looking to just "take a course"—we are looking for a hungry, competitive sales professional who thrives on outbound hunting. You will be responsible for sourcing and booking quality calls with high-revenue e-commerce brands, working directly alongside an established closing team. If you are driven by performance and eager to move into a Closer/Account Executive role, this is your path.

**Job Type:** Full-time (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST)

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Execute high-volume multi-channel outreach including cold calling, cold email, and DMs.
-   Qualified lead generation focusing on e-commerce brands doing $100K+/month in revenue.
-   Manage and nurture the sales pipeline within GoHighLevel to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.
-   Maintain a consistent output of 5–10 qualified booked calls per week.
-   Achieve a 70%+ show rate through diligent follow-up and lead framing.
-   Collaborate with the internal team to refine messaging and targeting based on market data.

## Requirements

-   **2+ years of professional sales experience** with a proven track record of hitting KPIs.
-   **Direct background in an agency or e-commerce environment** (Must have both).
-   High-level fluency in English with a professional, confident verbal tonality.
-   Relentless "hunter" mentality; you are competitive, resilient, and motivated by high-commission environments.
-   Proficiency in the modern outbound stack: Cold email (Instantly/Smartlead), CRM (GHL), and Lead Sourcing (Clay/Apollo).
-   Ability to work 8 AM – 4 PM MST (South Africa timezone preferred).

### Nice-to-Haves

-   Experience selling high-ticket marketing services (Email/SMS, Paid Ads, or CRO).
-   Advanced skills in objection handling and personalized messaging at scale.
-   Previous experience in a senior-level appointment setting role.
