**Bank & Internal Coordination:** Liaise with banks, clients, and internal teams to coordinate applications, resolve queries, arrange meetings, and ensure outstanding requirements are addressed promptly.

**Compliance Administration:** Ensure client documentation meets relevant compliance and banking requirements. Identify potential compliance concerns or discrepancies and escalate them to the appropriate team members when necessary.

**Application Tracking & Follow-Up:** Maintain accurate onboarding trackers and reports, monitor applications and outstanding documentation, and proactively follow up with relevant stakeholders to keep processes moving.

**Reporting & Record Keeping:** Keep accurate and organised records of client communications, documentation, applications, and compliance requirements, ensuring information is readily available when required.

**Confidentiality & Data Management:** Handle sensitive client and financial information responsibly and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

**Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities to improve onboarding, banking, compliance, and administrative processes to increase efficiency and improve the client experience.
