## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Agent to join our team in Greece supporting a leading streaming service provider. This role is ideal for candidates fluent in Dutch and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As a Customer Agent, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable streaming experience.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Provide exceptional customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Assist customers with subscription inquiries, technical issues, and general service questions.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
-   Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using CRM systems.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
-   Stay current with product updates, streaming platform features, and service policies.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a plus.
-   Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry.
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
-   Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
-   Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
