## Description

Job responsibilities:  
\- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.  
\- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.  
\- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.  
\- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.  
\- Administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.  
\- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for management as required.  
\- Support organizational change and drive employee engagement initiatives.  
\- Ensure a safe and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and equal opportunity.  
\- Advise management on HR best practices and legal compliance.  
\- Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental goals.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.  
\- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.  
\- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.  
\- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.  
\- Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.  
\- Experience with HRIS and other HR management software.  
\- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.  
\- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.  
\- Strong organizational and project management skills.  
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
