## Description

Sapsol Technologies is lock-in sourcing an experienced **PCB/PCBA Supplier Manufacturing & Quality Surveillance Engineer** for an immediate 3-month contract supporting a key aerospace project.

📍 **Locations:** Montreal, QC **OR** Toronto, ON (100% Onsite at Supplier Facility)

💼 **Contract Type:** Contract Only

## Requirements

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Oversee PCBA production execution, schedule tracking, and capacity bottleneck mitigations.
-   Audit and monitor incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections per **IPC and AS9100** standards.
-   Lead non-conformance containment, non-conformance reporting, and 8D / 5-Why root cause investigations.
-   Deliver weekly executive reporting, action trackers, and risk mitigation plans.

📌 **Requirements:** 5+ years PCB/PCBA experience | IPC & AS9100 expertise | Authorized to work in Canada.
