The job holder will be reporting to the RAN Technology Integration & Configuration Manager and will be responsible for New RAN Software and Features/Functionalities Testing, Evaluation & Integration and New RAN Technologies, Products & Architectures Design/Testing & Integration.

Key accountabilities

-   Performs new RAN SW Analysis, Testing and Integration into the network
-   Follows RAN SW Roadmap and Performs new 2G/4G/5G RAN Features/Functionalities Analysis, Selection, Testing, Evaluation and Integration
-   Follows RAN Evolution, studies new RAN Technologies & Architectures and drives related RAN Technology Designs, Testing, Evaluation and Integration
-   Follows RAN Hardware Roadmap and Lifecycle, contributes into RAN Products selection, Testing & Evaluation  
-   Participates and supports in Core Network, Transport Network projects/programs for RAN Technology aspects
-   Performs BSC planning, BSC performance monitoring as well as BSC HW/SW testing and integration
-   Formulates RAN BCP procedures and implements RAN Security enhancements/processes
-   Liaises with Radio network vendors on Hardware/Software roadmap, projects & technical issues

## Requirements

**Requirements**

**Essential**

-   Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent
-   In depth knowledge and understanding of 2G/4G/5G radio technologies
-   Knowledge of Radio Functionalities, Parameters and basic Performance Indicators
-   Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek and English language
-   Enthusiastic and passionate, with a strong customer orientation
-   Team-player with collaborative spirit
-   Very good knowledge of MS Windows – MS Office
-   Car Driving License

**Desired**

-   Postgraduate Degree in Telecoms
-   Familiar with & passionate about new Technologies
-   Experience in NR/LTE/GSM system operation
-   Solid problem solving and analytic skills
