## Description

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce openings for French Speaking Customer Service Representatives in Sofia, Bulgaria, along with a comprehensive relocation package. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to providing top-quality customer service to our French-speaking clients.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a memorable customer experience. Your efforts will be pivotal in cultivating customer loyalty and satisfaction.

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service in French and English through various communication channels
-   Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
-   Document all interactions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
-   Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive solutions for customers
-   Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvement
-   Stay updated on our products and services to provide informed assistance
-   Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance service skills

## Requirements

-   Fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills
-   Prior experience in customer service or related fields preferred
-   Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
-   Able to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-   Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
-   Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is an advantage
