### 🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead, manage, and motivate the **US outbound sales team** to achieve sales and revenue targets  
✅ Drive **hardcore outbound sales activities** including cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition for the US market  
✅ Develop and implement effective **US outbound sales strategies** to maximize conversions and revenue  
✅ Monitor daily calling activities, conversions, sales performance, and team productivity  
✅ Conduct regular team training, coaching, and performance reviews  
✅ Guide team members on **sales pitches, objection handling, and closing techniques**  
✅ Ensure proper follow-ups, pipeline management, and CRM updates  
✅ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS reports for management review  
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and post-sales support  
✅ Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth

### 🔹 Required Skills & Experience

✔ **4–8 years of experience in B2C Product Sales / US Outbound Sales Process**  
✔ **2+ years of experience in team handling or sales leadership**  
✔ Strong expertise in **cold calling, lead generation, hardcore product sales, and revenue generation**  
✔ Proven experience in handling **US customers and outbound sales campaigns**  
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills  
✔ Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets  
✔ Experience in **IT products, SaaS products, corporate product sales, or international sales** will be preferred  
✔ Strong understanding of sales metrics, funnel management, and team productivity
