As a Digital Trust & Safety Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our online platforms. Your fluency in Albanian will be essential in providing tailored support and maintaining safe digital communities.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Monitor and evaluate digital activities to ensure adherence to safety policies.
-   Respond promptly to user inquiries concerning trust and safety issues.
-   Provide education and guidance to users on best practices for online safety.
-   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve safety protocols.
-   Document safety trends and user feedback, contributing insights to management.
-   Stay updated on emerging threats and solutions in the digital safety domain.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Albanian (spoken and written) is required.
-   Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-   Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
-   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
-   Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria with fully paid relocation support.
