## Description

Job Description: 

-   Automate daily workflows by addressing operation pain points.
-   Reduce the usage of Excel VBA by providing better solutions.
-   Build prototypes or tactical tools to prove new operation/analytics ideas.
-   Major languages in use are C#, JavaScript/TypeScript and Python, plus some Excel VBA as a glue language for spreadsheets.
-   Improvements to existing systems/projects.

Requirements:

-   Coding using languages similar to C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python/R.
-   Willing to step out of comfort zone and learn, not only programming practices but also business knowledge.
-   Able to communicate in English.

Good to Have:

-   Already familiar with our major languages C#, TypeScript and Python, able to code solutions from scratch.
-   Good mathematics and statistic knowledge (understand concepts like matrix and related operations, correlation, standard deviation, etc.).
-   Excel and VBA also for coding language.
