### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients across various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
-   Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
-   Provide detailed information and support related to the company's products and services.
-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and service delivery.
-   Stay informed about industry trends and company updates to provide accurate customer guidance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
-   Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a multilingual or international environment.
-   Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and patience.
-   Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other computer applications.
-   Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation expenses covered.
-   Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
