## Description

-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dynamic real estate market and be well-versed across all resale products.
-   Provide expert guidance to the client regarding resale properties, prime locations and distinctive features based on the clients’ needs.
-   Thoroughly assess clients’ preferences and financial capabilities to tailor personalized recommendations.
-   Regularly track deal progress on the CRM platform in accordance with Nawy’s guidelines.
-   Act as a liaison between the buyer and the seller through contracting procedures.
-   Ensure adherence to all terms of purchase contracts, safeguarding the interests of all parties involved
-   Preserve ongoing communications with clients post-closing, continuing to share product insights with them

## Requirements

-   1+ years of resale experience.
-   Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills.
-   Commitment to achieving goals.
-   Passion for sales
