We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead brand growth, market positioning, and customer engagement for a premium luxury-focused business. This role requires a dynamic marketing leader who can build powerful brand narratives, drive integrated marketing campaigns, and create high-impact visibility across digital and offline channels.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth objectives.
-   Build and strengthen premium brand positioning across luxury and high-value customer segments.
-   Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, offline activations, events, PR, and partnerships.
-   Drive brand storytelling and ensure consistency in communication, visual identity, and customer experience.
-   Manage end-to-end branding initiatives, including campaign planning, market launches, and promotional activities.
-   Oversee social media strategy and content direction to improve customer engagement, visibility, and brand awareness.
-   Design and execute offline marketing initiatives including experiential events, exhibitions, luxury showcases, and strategic collaborations.
-   Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and improve market positioning.
-   Collaborate with sales, business development, creative, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
-   Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
-   Manage agency relationships, media planning, influencer partnerships, and external marketing vendors.
-   Track marketing performance metrics, campaign ROI, lead generation, and customer acquisition effectiveness.
-   Drive strategic partnerships and alliances that strengthen brand visibility and market penetration.
-   Ensure all campaigns reflect premium brand standards and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
