## Description

Egypt Education Platform is urgently seeking a skilled **Social Worker for the Secondary Stage** to join our team at **Madinaty Integrated Language School.** The ideal candidate will be a passionate and proactive professional dedicated to enhancing the well-being and academic success of our secondary students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide support through individual and group counseling to secondary students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
-   Conduct thorough assessments and develop intervention strategies tailored to students’ specific needs.
-   Collaborate with educational staff to promote a positive school climate and address any student-related issues.
-   Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians to foster a supportive home environment.
-   Work closely with external organizations and services to connect students with additional resources and support.
-   Lead workshops and training sessions for faculty on best practices for supporting adolescent mental health and well-being.
-   Keep detailed case notes and documentation, ensuring adherence to school confidentiality policies and standards.
-   Actively participate in meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of school policies aimed at enhancing student welfare.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
-   Proven experience (preferably 3+ years) working with secondary students and their families.
-   Strong grasp of adolescent development, mental health challenges, and available community resources.
-   Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-   Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and implement inclusive practices.
-   Relevant certification or licensure in social work is preferred.
