### What the role is

About CSA

Established in 2015, the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) seeks to keep Singapore’s cyberspace safe and secure to underpin our Nation Security, power a Digital Economy and protect our Digital Way of Life. It maintains an oversight of national cybersecurity functions and works with sector leads to protect Singapore’s Critical Information Infrastructure. CSA also engages with various stakeholders to heighten cyber security awareness, build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem supported by a robust workforce, pursue international partnerships and drive regional cybersecurity capacity building programmes. As a member of the Corporate Services Division, you will play a role in supporting the Early Talent Team in the programme management and outreach efforts for Cybersecurity Development Programme (CSDP) and university engagements.

### What you will be working on

Your responsibilities include:

-   Support the ideation and execution of early talent sourcing and branding strategies, and events to attract and acquire suitable talent for CSDP.
-   Support the end-to-end recruitment process; build relationships with candidates to understand their key career motivations, identify talent’s fit and provide a positive candidate experience.
-   Support in shortlisting, coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and interviewers.
-   Assist in the continual engagement with CSDP hires after on-boarding through regular check-ins, programmes and events.
-   Candidates’ tracking and reporting

## Requirements

-   Degree in Human Resource, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
-   Ability to work independently as well as contribute as a team player
-   Self-motivated and adaptable to engage key stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
-   Resourceful, with strong organizational and project management skills
-   Energetic and enjoy constantly meeting and engaging new people
-   Excellent verbal and written communications skills
