This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on building lasting relationships and providing exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking clients in a vibrant and supportive work setting.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Engage with Norwegian-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to foster positive relationships.
-   Handle inquiries about products and services, offering personalized assistance to meet client needs.
-   Efficiently resolve client issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction and build loyalty.
-   Accurately log all client interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
-   Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and client relationship strategies.
-   Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on understanding client needs.
-   Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends to effectively inform clients.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in client relations, customer support, or a similar role is advantageous.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities focused on client satisfaction.
-   Adept at multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic work environment.
-   Proficient in CRM software and basic computer applications.
-   A genuine passion for fostering relationships and delivering exceptional service to clients.
