Job Description:

-   As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
-   Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
-   Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
-   Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
-   Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
-   Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
-   Intermediate proficiency in Facilitation is required.
-   Intermediate level of proficiency in Business Requirements Gathering is recommended.
-   Business Process Management (BPM) - Intermediate,
-   Functional Analysis - Intermediate,
-   Stakeholder Management - Intermediate.
-   Conduct workshops and meetings to facilitate discussions and gather requirements effectively.
-   Collaborate with stakeholders to document business processes and identify areas for improvement.
-   Utilize analytical skills to assess and define business solutions that align with customer requirements.
-   Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
