## Description

-   **Production Planning & Execution**

-   Execute daily and weekly production plans in line with business requirements.
-   Monitor production activities to ensure production targets are achieved.
-   Allocate manpower, machines, and materials efficiently across production lines.
-   Monitor production schedules and adjust operations based on changing priorities or operational constraints.
-   Ensure timely completion of production orders while maintaining product quality.

-   **Operational Excellence**

-   Monitor production performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
-   Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and minimize waste.
-   Optimize machine utilization and labor productivity.
-   Ensure production KPIs are achieved and corrective actions are taken when necessary.

-   **Quality & Food Safety Compliance**

-   Ensure all production activities comply with GMP, HACCP, ISO, and company quality standards.
-   Work closely with the Quality team to resolve production-related quality issues.
-   Ensure proper implementation of food safety procedures across all production lines.
-   Support internal and external audits and implement corrective actions when required.

-   **Team Leadership & Workforce Management**

-   Lead, supervise, and develop Production Supervisors, Team Leaders, and Operators.
-   Plan workforce allocation according to production priorities.
-   Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
-   Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
-   Identify training needs and support employee development.

-   **Equipment & Maintenance Coordination**

-   Ensure production equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
-   Coordinate with the Maintenance Department to schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
-   Report equipment breakdowns and operational issues promptly.
-   Monitor equipment performance to reduce downtime.

-   **Reporting & Documentation**

-   Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
-   Monitor and report production KPIs, including output, efficiency, downtime, waste, and labor productivity.
-   Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
-   Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to the Plant Manager.

## Requirements

-   **Education**

-   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

-   **Experience**

-   5–7 years of experience in production within the food manufacturing industry.
-   Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or section head position.

-   **Technical Knowledge**

-   Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing operations.
-   Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and food safety standards.
-   Experience with ERP systems is preferred.
-   Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Continuous Improvement methodologies is an advantage.
