Must have at least 6 months of experience as an NP in a given specialty

## Requirements

**Requirements of the Nurse Practitioner:**

-   Must have an active NY State License
-   Must be Board Certified
-   Must have at least 6 months of experience as an NP in a given specialty
-   Prior pulmonary experience is preferred
