**Role Purpose**

We are hiring for a Manufacturing Operations Technician. In this role you are responsible for supporting the day-to-day build, logistics, and production activities within our aircraft manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role suited to someone practical, organised, and comfortable working across a range of manufacturing and operational tasks. The role will support aircraft trolley assembly, prop guard assembly, inventory activities, internal logistics, packing, shipping preparation, and general movement of parts and equipment between Manna sites. The ideal person will be reliable, flexible, and happy to get stuck into whatever is needed to keep production moving.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties:**

-   Assemble aircraft trolleys, prop guards, and other mechanical sub-assemblies to defined build standards. 

-   Support the manufacturing team with general production tasks as required. 

-   Assist with packing, preparation, and movement of parts, assemblies, and equipment for shipping. 

-   Support logistics between Manna locations, including regular transport of parts and equipment. 

-   Help maintain good housekeeping and organisation within the manufacturing area. 

-   Assist with inventory activities, including stock checks, part movement, labelling, and storage. 

-   Follow work instructions, quality checks, and safety procedures. 

-   Identify issues, shortages, or process improvements and raise them with the manufacturing team lead. 

-   Support the wider hardware team during busy build periods, production ramps, or urgent operational needs.

## Requirements

**Key Skills and Competencies:**

-   Practical hands-on experience in a manufacturing, assembly, workshop, logistics, or maintenance environment. 

-   Comfortable using basic hand tools and following build instructions. 

-   Strong attention to detail and ability to work consistently to a defined standard. 

-   Good organisational skills and willingness to support a range of tasks. 

-   Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently when required. 

-   Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. 

-   Full clean driving licence preferred. 
-   Experience in aircraft, drone, automotive, electronics, mechanical assembly, or similar technical manufacturing environments. 

-   Experience with stock control, inventory systems, packing, or shipping preparation. 

-   Forklift, manual handling, or other relevant workshop/logistics training. 

-   Familiarity with quality-controlled production environments.
