## Description

Bask is building the infrastructure powering telehealth’s future—starting with an expansive, accurate, and compliant retail, specialty, and compounding pharmacy network. We’re looking for a **Finance Lead** to build and scale our financial foundation, guiding everything from budget management to investment strategy as we expand our operations.

This role is ideal for a **strategic, detail-oriented finance professional** who thrives at the intersection of financial modeling, operational execution, and strategic growth. You’ll lead **sales and budget projections**, develop **investment analyses for pharmacy expansion**, and partner closely with leadership to inform key decisions across the business.

### **What You’ll Do**

-   Build and maintain detailed **sales, budget, and cash flow projections**.
-   Lead **investment analysis** for new pharmacy initiatives and product expansion.
-   Create and manage **financial models** that drive business decisions and capital allocation.
-   Oversee **financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting**.
-   Develop dashboards to track **revenue, margins, CAC, LTV, and burn rate**.
-   Partner with leadership on **fundraising, investor materials, and board reporting**.
-   Implement scalable financial processes for **accounting, payroll, and spend management**.
-   Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy, sales, and operations teams to align goals and budgets.

## Requirements

### **What You Bring**

-   7+ years of experience in **strategic finance, FP&A, or corporate development**, ideally in a **startup or high-growth environment**.
-   Proven ability to build and manage **financial models, forecasts, and budgets**.
-   Strong understanding of **GAAP,  IFRS/IASB**, **SaaS metrics, and unit economics**.
-   Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with ERP systems and **QuickBooks**.
-   Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
-   Experience in **telehealth, SaaS, or healthcare** is a plus.
