## Description

Sizanid Staffing, a leading and rapidly expanding staffing agency within Sizanid HR, is seeking an experienced **Recruitment Manager** to lead our recruitment team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle across various sectors, ensuring the delivery of top-quality talent solutions that align with our clients’ needs. You will be responsible for managing recruiter performance, developing innovative recruitment strategies, and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. As a Recruitment Manager, your strategic vision and leadership will contribute significantly to driving growth and excellence within our agency, while promoting a collaborative and efficient team environment.

### Responsibilities

-   Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed recruitment goals.
-   Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
-   Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
-   Oversee the recruitment process lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
-   Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
-   Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout recruitment activities.
-   Manage recruitment budgets and resource allocation effectively.
-   Stay abreast of industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-   5+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
-   Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a recruitment team.
-   Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices.
-   Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-   Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies.
-   Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
-   Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-   A passion for talent acquisition and commitment to delivering excellent service to clients and candidates.
