## Description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable **Journeyman Technician** to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate has **at least 3 years of hands-on technical experience**, strong troubleshooting abilities, and valid industry certifications or licenses.

You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing equipment and facility systems to ensure safe and reliable operations.

### Responsibilities

-   Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
-   Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
-   Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
-   Identify equipment issues and implement effective repairs.
-   Conduct routine inspections and maintenance.
-   Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely.
-   Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
-   Follow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA standards.
-   Work with maintenance, production, and operations teams to minimize equipment downtime.
-   Assist with equipment installation, upgrades, and repairs as needed.

## Requirements

-   Minimum 3 years of relevant technical or journeyman experience.
-   Valid and current trade certifications or licenses.
-   Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
-   Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
-   Experience with preventive maintenance and equipment repair.
-   Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-   Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-   Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

### Preferred Qualifications

-   Industrial or commercial maintenance experience.
-   HVAC/R experience.
-   Electrical or controls experience.
-   PLC or automation experience.
-   BAS/BMS experience.
-   Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or other industrial environments.
