## Description

**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000 – $120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
**Location:** Arizona

**Role Summary**

As a **Licensed Professional Counselor**, you will balance direct counseling with structured clinical guidance for a remote team. This role focuses on maintaining strong clinical standards, supporting counselor development, and ensuring clients receive consistent, effective care through virtual sessions.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Conduct scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
-   Provide clinical consultation and case guidance to counselors
-   Review treatment plans and session notes for quality
-   Ensure ethical and regulatory compliance across services
-   Participate in care coordination and outcome reviews

## Requirements

-   Active Arizona Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
-   At least 3 years of clinical counseling experience
-   Experience supporting or supervising clinicians preferred
-   Reliable home workspace and comfort with digital platforms
