## Description

**Production Supervisor at Carfair Composites**

Carfair Composites is a recognized leader in fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) design and manufacturing, aiming for operational excellence and continuous improvement in our production processes. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the production operations, ensuring that quality standards and production schedules are met while fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.

As a Production Supervisor, you will manage daily activities, coordinate workflows, and support team members in achieving their goals. You will actively engage in problem-solving and implement initiatives that drive efficiency and productivity throughout the production process.

## Requirements

-   Proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on production oversight.
-   Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
-   Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and guide employees.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of staff effectively.
-   Ability to analyze production metrics and implement process improvements as needed.
-   Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and work under pressure.
-   Commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and teamwork.
