We are seeking a **driven and motivated HVAC Apprentice** who is eager to gain hands-on experience, work alongside our skilled HVAC technicians, and start a rewarding career in the heating and air conditioning industry.

**Position Overview**

As an HVAC Apprentice, you will assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, maintenance, and service of residential heating and cooling systems. You will receive on-the-job training, learn the trade from experienced professionals, and help ensure our customers receive **5-Star service** every time.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Assist HVAC technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems.
-   Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials for each job.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at job sites and in company vehicles.
-   Learn how to troubleshoot HVAC issues and assist with providing solutions.
-   Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
-   Uphold Apex’s 5-Star Promise by delivering outstanding customer service.
-   Attend company trainings to advance your HVAC knowledge and skills.

## Requirements

-   Prior experience/exposure preferred, or a completed technical degree.
-   Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
-   Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
-   Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic.
-   Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
-   Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
